Multicultural Co-learning between Japanese and Indian Students for a Sustainable Ecosystem of Food, Health, and Local Communities – Learning through Practice at Mizuho-no-Mura Market and Tsukuba Natural Farm –

This GASSHUKU program invites students from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati to engage in collaborative learning aimed at addressing social issues. Focusing on the themes of food, health, and sustainable communities, participants will conduct field research in Tsukuba City and Tsukubamirai City, interviewing various stakeholders involved in these areas. In addition to their research, the students will also participate in cultural exchange activities. The knowledge and insights gained through this collaborative learning will be presented in a poster session and final presentation held as a side event of the Tsukuba Conference.
