Mathematics, Data Science and AI
In addition to producing highly specialized information personnel, our university has a track record of developing personnel who can use data science to solve interdisciplinary problems in various fields, and we are currently promoting broader and advanced MDA education through a university-wide system.
Japanese Language
Our University is committed to meeting various learning needs for Japanese language and Japanese society and culture, as well as to developing highly-skilled human resources for Japanese language education. In this section, we introduce tools for learning Japanese that can be used by teachers as well as learners themselves.
Introduction to Schools & Colleges, Graduate Schools
At the University of Tsukuba, students can study a wide range of academic fields from arts and sciences to medicine, physical education, arts, and library science. The University's founding spirit is "Open University," and it is characterized by its flexible interdisciplinary nature and rich internationality. The university has produced three Nobel laureates and more than 100 Olympians and Paralympians.
