Nihongo-Hiroba aims to become a "center of the Japanese language," where people who study and teach Japanese at educational institutions in Japan and overseas can come together, learn from each other, teach one another, grow together, and continue their journey toward their personal dreams and goals.

Social media has gained worldwide popularity since the 2000s. According to Yoshifumi Murakami,4) a specialist in foreign language learning, the rise of social media has created a new group of learners known as "social media-type" Japanese self-learners. These learners study Japanese by interacting with other Japanese language learners and native speakers. Even if you are overseas, social media makes it easy to engage with real-world Japanese. It's a great idea to take advantage of social media for your Japanese language study.
