I forgot/lost my password
 
If you forgot/lost your password or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Find “Forgot your username or password?” on the log in screen for “My Page.”
Click this text to navigate to the “Change password” screen.
2. If the username or email address entered here exists, an email will be sent to the registered email address with instructions for resetting this information.
3. Follow the instructions to set your new password.
4. Upon completion, the system will automatically send an email with the subject, “Your password for JV-Campus has been changed.”
5. Click the URL in the email body to open the “Reset password” page.
6. Enter your new password and click save the changes to confirm.
 
Changing your password
 
You can change your password on “My Page.”
Click the gear button and then click “Change password.”
