KANSAI's Got Talent 2024 Promotion Clip
On 11 November 2024, Kansai University held KANSAI's Got Talent (KGT) at its Umeda Campus as an opportunity for people outside the university to directly experience the enthusiasm and unique knowledge of international students. Kansai University plans and organises this event to realise diversity jamming between industry and academia, with the aim of ‘making talented international students widely known to people in industry’.

On 11 November 2024, Kansai University held KANSAI’s Got Talent (KGT) at its Umeda Campus as an opportunity for people outside the university to directly experience the enthusiasm and unique knowledge of international students.
Kansai University plans and organises this event to realise diversity jamming between industry and academia, with the aim of ‘making talented international students widely known to people in industry’.Kansai University has been promoting support for career development and employment in Japan for international students studying at the university as KU-SUCCESS, the KU International Student Career Development Support Programme, accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) as an ‘Educational Programme to Promote Employment for International Students’ since 2022. In addition, Kansai University, Chiba University and Tohoku University have collaborated in the Japan hub for Innovative Global Education (JIGE) project, which was adopted as part of the MEXT’s 2023-2027 project to strengthen universities’ global development capabilities, to provide career support for international students in a joint effort between the three universities. The three universities also jointly provide career support for international students.
