【YOKOHAMA-SXIP 2024】 Themed Lecture 2:Considering the use of energy and water for building a sustainable future

Lecture Title: Considering the use of energy and water for building a sustainable future
Lecturer: Kuniko URASHIMA, Ph.D.(Specially Appointed Professor, Shinshu University)

The YOKOHAMA-SXIP Program invites lecturers from both inside and outside the university to provide introductory overview lectures on global issues related to Sustainable Transformation (SX) beyond students' areas of expertise. These lectures aim to help students clarify their own challenges through group work and gain the latest insights into SX trends in Japan and around the world.
In 2024, this program focused on “Climate Change” and conducted three introductory overview lectures. By watching these lectures, students are expected to identify sustainability challenges in the global society and develop the ability to explore solutions by integrating advanced technologies across different fields.
