A day in the life of UJICY!

Friday is a special day in Uzbekistan, and you will see many people wearing traditional costumes throughout the city.By wearing “Adras” and “Atlas,” the traditional costumes of Uzbekistan, and “Doppi,” which is worn by men, UJICY aims to carefully preserve and further promote the culture.UJICY also holds a “Traditional Costume Day” every Friday. UJICY has JICA experts and volunteers dispatched by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), who work in traditional costumes regardless of their nationality.
