Let's learn about Plasma Etching!

This video originates from one of the JoinTECH Laboratories, a collaboration between the Prof. Kazuo Takahashi's Electronic Material Science Laboratory in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, Kyoto Institute of Technology, Japan and Prof. Rémi Dussart of the GREMI Laboratory at the University of Orléans, France. Produced jointly by students from both institutions, it introduces the cutting-edge technology of "plasma etching".
This initiative, designed to foster inter-laboratory collaboration, was conducted as part of Kyoto Institute of Technology's "JoinTECH Laboratory Program."
The team tackled the challenge of "Science Communication" - making science accessible and understandable to everyone - through cross-border teamwork.
