Notice of Service Impact Due to Software Update and Electrical Equipment Inspection

Dear JV-Campus Users,

Thank you for your continued use of JV-Campus.

JV-Campus regularly performs system maintenance to ensure the stable and reliable operation of our services.

A software update and an electrical equipment inspection will be carried out on the dates below. JV-Campus services may be temporarily affected during these periods.

1. SOFTWARE UPDATE

Friday, October 23, 2026 — 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM (JST)

* Services may be unavailable for approximately one hour during this period.
* This update will not change any screens or operations on the user side.

2. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INSPECTION

Saturday, October 24 – Sunday, October 25, 2026 (JST)

* Connections may be unstable during this period due to the electrical equipment inspection.

JV-Campus will continue to carry out regular system maintenance and service improvements to provide a stable and reliable service.
