There is no usage fee for publishing on the JV-Campus platform during the period subsidized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which lasts until March 2024. Whether fees will be charged when commercial operation begins thereafter is still under consideration.
While we do have content that can be viewed for free, fees set forth by providers do apply if the content is being offered as paid content.
