Beyond the Country Borders – Lives of Immigrant Students in Japan –

Ochanomizu University Lecturer, Center for International Education/Hirano Misako, Content: Is Japan a homogenous country? As Japan accepts more foreign worker or immigrants, the number of immigrant students of foreign nationals is increasing. In this online lecture, some of the difficulties in the education of the immigrant students will be discussed to think about the issues in the age of global interconnectedness and migration.
