Through insights from Kushiro Public University (KPU) and the Kushiro International Wetland Center (KIWC), students will grasp the significance of international conventions like the Ramsar Convention and appreciate the importance of Kushiro's designation as a national park. Furthermore, students will comprehend the application of bioregionalism in understanding ecosystems beyond national borders.
