🌟Unveiling IMP - GAIUS Motors🌟|Electric Vehicles Are This Complex? Can NTU Foreign Interns Survive!?

Two Mechanical Engineering students, Oscar from El Salvador and Andres from Honduras, came to GAIUS Automotive in Taichung through the NTU International Mentorship Program. Under the guidance of CTO Christian, they joined the R&D department, where they participated in projects such as designing and developing modules for commercial electric tricycles. Over these two months, they gained practical know-how, honed excellent team management abilities, and explored life beyond Greater Taipei. During the internship, Oscar focused on the suspension steering system. Despite the challenge of mastering unfamiliar software, he successfully proposed system optimization designs, showcasing his professional skills and problem-solving abilities. Andres devoted himself to enhancing the assembly process of vehicle cargo boxes. Although seemingly straightforward, the task harbored complexities. Encouraged by his mentor and colleagues, he learned from setbacks and approached problems from various angles. At GAIUS, both acquired diverse skills and experiences. They learned to bridge classroom knowledge with real-world industry demands, broadened their career prospects, and meticulously prepared for their future endeavors.
