2025 International Education Symposium

This International Education Symposium was conducted in an online format and invited in-service teachers working in educational settings overseas (alumni of the Teacher Training Program for Overseas Teachers) as guest speakers. Through interaction and dialogue with Japanese students and international students at the university, the symposium aims to deepen participants’ understanding of intercultural perspectives and global issues, while also enhancing their awareness of the value of overseas experiences and fostering interest in international learning and career pathways. Through lectures on educational practices delivered by former teacher trainees and group discussions conducted in English with Japanese students, the symposium provides students with opportunities to concretely envision studying abroad and engaging in international learning experiences.
