Mental Health with Times in Crisis ~Session 6~

This course draws on the instructor’s practical work and research in providing psychological support to teachers in wartime Ukraine. Topics include the basics of crisis, stress, and trauma; ambiguous loss; coping with fear and anxiety; Morita Therapy; social support; self-compassion; restoring mental and physical energy; hope; and resilience.
