Introduction to Human Resource Analytics
Through this course, students can learn more about the basic content of business analytics, especially in the field of human resource management. This course analyze a famous employee exit dataset in the field of human resource management, guides students to analyze the data with JASP statistical software, interprets the analysis results, and provides management suggestions with actionable insights.
