「日本酒学（Sakeology）」とは、広範な学問を網羅する「対象限定・領域横断型」で、日本文化や伝統に根ざした日本酒に対象を絞った世界初の学問領域です。このプログラムでは、「日本酒学」のエッセンスと新潟の酒造りを紹介します。
